We reserve the right to use the most economical service of ground shipping, either USPS or UPS. If the customer selects a 2nd Day or Overnight service, then we will comply with the customer's choice.
Large or bulky items including most bar stools ship via LTL truck freight. The trucking company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to setup a delivery appointment. Your shipping address must be 18 wheel truck accessible to avoid additional delivery charges.
You are responsible for unloading all items from the back of the truck so typically you will need at least two people to unload large items. Upon unloading the items, you must inspect all boxes and their contents for shipping damage and note it on the driver's bill of lading. Save all packing materials and boxes. Don't be afraid to keep the driver waiting for a little while to do this, it is very important. Immediately report any problems to Valley Gaming via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888) 882-6469. If you do not note any shipping damage at the time of delivery we most likely will not be able to fix the problem without further expense to you and delays.
For an additional charge you can add "Lift Gate Service" or "Inside Delivery Service" to your LTL truck order. If you choose lift gate service the truck driver will lower the items to the ground and place them in your drive way.

- Free Shipping
Orders over $100 that are composed of qualifying items are shipped for free. Orders that qualify for free shipping and consist of smaller items under 150 pounds will be usually shipped via UPS Ground, however we reserve the right to use the shipping service of our choice. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for your item to arrive. Some items may require an adult signature on delivery to protect against shipping damage and fraud.
Items that are marked with the "+FREIGHT" () or "LOCATION RESTRICTION" () icons may be subject to a freight charge which will be disclosed prior to ordering, either when estimating the shipping in your cart or when it comes time to select a shipping method when placing the order. These items may also require 3-4 weeks to process. On items that require specification of the shipping address type, residential or commercial, you must choose the correct option or your bank account/credit card may be charged for any applicable additional fees.
There are a few exceptions where a freight delivery surcharge may apply, so if you live in a rural area that is 30 miles or more away from a city or a downtown location where access for a freight delivery truck might be restricted, you can call us to confirm that free delivery is available to your address. - White Glove Setup
Some of the items offered on our on-line store are available for White Glove setup. These items will have the "White Glove Setup Option" available when adding the item to your shopping cart. We recommend that if you live more than 1 hour from a Valley Gaming retail store you e-mail email@example.com or call (888) 882-6469 to verify that you are within our local service area. Even if you are outside our regular area, we may offer a separate mileage charge to perform the service or be able to contract the service out to a reputable business.
Local White Glove setups may be shipped to a Valley Gaming and Billiards retail store or warehouse to avoid paying the residential fees when shipping freight. Valley Gaming will then deliver the item at no additional charge when using the White Glove service. These deliveries are booked using our in-house delivery and installation technicians, and we use our Valley Gaming delivery trucks. Valley Gaming technicians are factory certified, fully insured and bonded, use the best possible equipment, and are full time salaried employees - not contractors! White Glove deliveries are guaranteed for life, even on pool table leveling, provided you do not tinker with our work. Deliveries can be scheduled 2 to 6 weeks from the time of purchase, depending on distance and time of year. Typical delivery times are between 9am and 5 pm Monday Through Friday, but weekends and odd-hours jobs are available at an additional fee. After you make your purchase and receive a confirmation email, the Valley Gaming service department will contact you within 5 business days to set up a delivery appointment. Please provide your best phone number (usually a cell phone) at checkout so we can get in touch quickly to set up the appointment and go over the delivery procedure.
There is a $50 fee for re-delivery if you are not there for the appointment or we are unable to access the delivery address due to construction, lack of road access, or if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. We deliver using 16' box trucks which require gravel or pavement to the front of the house. We will navigate to the back of the house if there is a reasonable path and we will take the items up or down stairs at an additional charge if the items will fit. If you have to return an item because it will not fit up or down stairs we will charge you the $50 delivery fee as well as a restocking fee on the item, so please check your measurements before purchasing large items! On very large items such as 16' or larger shuffleboard tables there may be additional charges, please call (888) 882-6469 if you want the exact delivery charge for these type of items.

- Returns & Replacements
- Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for actual shipping costs both ways for all returns. Refunds will NOT be issued until the item is received at the warehouse.
- All returns MUST be in BRAND NEW & UNUSED condition and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as “New". The product cannot have been assembled or used in any way.
- Requests for returns (Return Authorization) are required and must be within 7 days of the date you received the item.
- All returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Charge to cover shipping and processing fees.
Restrictions, Exchanges, and Other Conditions
- All custom or special order items are final sale, no returns. This also includes Floor Model, Consignment Items, and "out of box" Specials.
- Other restrictions may apply. Please contact Valley Gaming via email or phone if you have any questions or concerns about possible returns or exchanges.
- Delivery/setup charges are non-refundable. The charges for teardown/pickup will also be deducted from the refund if applicable.
- If a customer chooses to exchange an item it will be treated as a return and all the previously stated policies will apply.
- All products sold by and through Valley Gaming may be subject to the Manufacturer's Original Warranty. Out of box, floor model, and "specials" may not be covered by warranty. Warranty info is located in the product description, linked on the manufacturer's web site, or available upon request.<
- All cancellations MUST be received in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, Verbal cancellations are not accepted. No refunds or exchanges on any custom orders. Custom orders can take up to eight weeks, but typically are shipped within 4-6 weeks. This includes but is not limited to Theater Seating, Bar Stools, Custom Pool Tables, Custom Pool Cues, and Logo, Engraved, COM Orders.
- Returned items must have a Valley Gaming Return Authorization, emailed to you by a Valley Gaming Customer Service Rep.
- Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund only if the credit card has not been charged yet. Once the credit card has been charged there is a 3% non-refundable processing fee that will be deducted from your credit regardless of when you canceled the order.
- Valley Gaming & Billiards reserves the right to cancel complete or parts of orders at any time. Full refunds will be given for any cancelled items if the the order is cancelled by Valley Gaming & Billiard.
